This gym is a 4 story comprehensive gym that serves the upscale neighborhood of Polanco. It's easily accesible by subway, metro, taxi or on foot if you're staying in the Polanco area of the city.

By Car: From Reforma: Take reform to chapultepec, turn on Arquimedes until u hit Homero. Take right on Homero and right on Emerson. Gym will be on your left. Goodluck with Parking!

Free weight area is a much smaller one than most would be used to in the U.S. or Canada... Nevertheless, it's a superior gym.

Showers are individual and particularly swanky.

There is a large very hot steam room in the shower section of the gym.

There is a smoothie/protein bar on the 2nd floor with very reasonable prices.
