Jason is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES) and performance enhancement specialist (PES). Additionally, he is certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist. Jason is also a certified Power Plate, Kettlebell and Tupler Technique (pre/post natal) instructor. He has earned his CPR and AED certifications from the American Heart Association.
