The gym is small but state-of-the-art. 5 Hoist dual machines. There is also a Smith station for free weights together with two multipurpose benches. There is a set of dumbbells.

2 recumbent bikes, two running machines, and a stair master.

The Spa area includes a five-man shower, a sauna, a steam room, and a Jacuzzi.
