PowerFlex Gym is one of those 'little secrets' that you hear people talk about.
The first thing that strikes you is the 60-foot showcase that displays the trophies and pictures of some of the 50 bodybuilders that were trained by PowerFlex over the years. This is a no nonsense gym - people are here to train hard and get in shape.
