Kuwait There are gyms located throughout the country. Most of them are small gym located in basements of apartment complexes or office buildings. There are several main gym chains in Kuwait (Oxygen Gyms and Platinum Health Clubs). There are other large facilities that don't have several locations such as Champion Health Clubs. Kuwait also has a good number of facilities located in Hotels and resorts. These are normally the only coed facilities. Most of the other facilities are unisex. Some facilities do have a Male facility and a separate female facility. We particulalry want to thank the Kuwait Body Building community for help in developing these pages
If you know of another gym in Kuwait, particularly one suitable for body builders in Kuwait please let us know…we are particulalry keen to list gyms in areas other than Kuwait City.....such as Jahrah
