Nominated by a local user....It's a open plan warehouse type gym, but it has all up to date equipment and large free weights area with plenty of cardio machines. The biggest problem is the lack of gym ettiquete. Most of the gym users do not understand the concept of replacing weights when finished. There also seems to be a reluctance to fix things that get broken which I think puts question marks on the longevity of the place. Gym 4 all though, generally speaking, under correct management, is the answer to affordable training facilities.... |
