Large well presented gym with small free weight area (highest dumbbell 34kg)
Stunning ozone pool set in granite and surrounded by seats and powerful showers.
Separate class rooms with polished wooden floors for aerobics, spinning, yoga etc and a room for Pilates with a dedicated personnel trainer.
Classes offered include, body combat, body pump, dance, body step, body jam, step, toning, global training, ciclo, body balance, yoga, taichi, stretching ,pilates, and specialised courses on pilates and oriental dance.

Changing rooms are outstanding... clean and stylish and include free lockers, free hair dryer and free body lotion and cologne.
Separate lockers for helmets and foldable bikes.
Sunbeds can be booked at reception for €8 a session.
Spa Royal offers massages from €30, facials from €36, thermal pedicure for €30, manicure for €18, geothermal therapy for €65 and most wonderfully a chocotherapy for €55! All of this in suitably luxurious surroundings.
Hairdressing and dry cleaning can be arranged at reception.
Very smart cafe area which offers everything from perfect cappuccinos to protein shakes. It includes a pool table and wi fi area.
