Huge weight lifting room with massive selection of BIG weights. Largest dumbbell is 46kg. Some cardio equipment. Personnel training available.

Water on sale. €1 for a large bottle of water.

Classes include aerobics (all ages), step aerobics and kung-fu.

Chilling out

Sauna available in winter (men only on Tuesday and women only on Wednesday)

Sports massage available through reception.
