Sauna and Jacuzzi available in winter months. During these times sauna closes 15 minutes before the gym. Mondays and Thursdays men only. Tuesdays and Fridays women only. Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays mixed (wear swim suits).

Proteins powders can be bought at reception to take away as well as good range of proten and carb drinks in the machine.

Physio therapy can be booked at reception.
