Don’t be mislead by the small reception area, this is a massive gym complex which seems popular with both locals and tourists. They offer more activities than any other gym on the island and couple this with a fantastic selection of weight training equipment it is also popular with serious weight lifters…we’re loving this gym!

Locker Charge: Small lockers available free of charge other wise pay €3 and have the use of a larger locker for a month.

Air conditioned gym has a huge selection of free weights and weight lifting equipment. Biggest dumbbell is 70kg. Busiest time tends to be between 6 - 7pm.

In addition there is a huge cardio area and one large classroom upstairs offering classes in aerobics body pump, body combat, body jam, step and Pilates.

Go downstairs (towards back of gym) to a good sized spinning zone and separate abs area.

If you are interested in boxing or martial arts check in at reception and then head a couple of doors down to dedicated area for a separate dedicated set of rooms with their own changing facilities.

Classes include boxing (including junior), kick boxing (adult and advanced), kung fu, karate shotokan, capoeira and Budo Taijutsu.

Decent changing facilities for men and women with free hairdryer.

Sauna is men only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and women only on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Solarium available for €4

Sports massage available

No restaurant but they do sell supplements and protein powders to take away.
