The main area of this gym is taken up with a good selection of free weights and weight lifting machines. Highest dumbbell is 42kg.

Separate classroom offers classes in Tai Chi, Step, Body Pump, Aerobics, Pilates, Salsa, Spinning and Abs.

Not much chill out facilities other than changing rooms. This is pretty much a gym and classroom and that’s it.
