The Weights Room is equipped with three lifting platforms, several 20kg Olympic bars, a squat rack, flat bench, bench & stands, incline bench, dual action pulley & other items. The lifting platforms are supplemented with an extensive range of discs, dumbbells and fixed weight barbells.
