Equipment in the gym is manufactured by Bodymaster, Technogym and Unique.
There are 2 cardio rooms , the zero impact cardio area as well as the gym which is subdivided into legs, arms, back and chest areas with a further dumbell and freeweight area.
The freeweights section has over 2 tons of freeweights, flat, incline and decline benches as well as a host of other freeweights equipment.
The abdominal workout area has leg raise racks, machine crunches and flat and decline benches.
Cardio area includes treadmills by Startrac and Tunturi, bikes and recumbant bikes by Startrac, zero impact equipment by CCS/Reebok and rowing machines by Concept II.
