How to get a Gymbody
In order to build a gym fit body we need to make sure we fuel up with food that delivers muscle growth, make sure we exercise safely and make sure we rest while our body repairs itself.
In this section we suggest a daily meal plan. You can adapt this to suit your own goals but ultimately food is about fuel and once you have a good eating plan the only reason to change it is to keep from getting bored...and cheating!
The suggested weight training routine covers a 7 day plan but we recommend that you adapt this programme every three weeks to keep tricking your body into new growth.
As for relaxing that’s up to you, but don’t underestimate it. Our body needs time to rebuild so you should use your holiday time to catch up on sleep, relax and then get some really good explosive work outs.
